I consulted a doctor for children with hyperactivity and impulsivity and purchased vitamin E, believing it to be more important than vitamins B and C. However, the doctor did not perform necessary blood tests. I doubt the safety of high iron intake for children, as I was exposed to 18 mg up until age five; now, it’s just 6 mg. Vitamin E can accumulate dangerously in the body. I noticed no improvement after taking it and stopped when my complexion worsened. Quitting seems to have been beneficial, emphasising the risk of self-judgment.
